BECKY LUCAS

Becky Lucas is a multi-talented writer and stand-up comedian who has gained recognition in the comedy scene. She gained fame in 2013 after participating in the National RAW Comedy finals, and since then, she has performed solo shows to sold-out crowds across Australia and New Zealand, and overseas. Becky's solo shows have received great appreciation from the audience and have been performed in several prestigious festivals such as Edinburgh Fringe and Just for Laughs Sydney Festival. In 2019, she made her television debut in the US on Conan O’Brien's late-night talk show, making her the first female Australian to feature on the show.

Becky is also known for her TV appearances on shows like ABC TV's Oxfam Gala, Comedy Up Late, and Network 10's Hughesy We Have a Problem. She has also been a guest on podcasts like Seek Treatment and appeared on Drunk History, The Australian Lockdown Comedy Festival, and Amazon Prime's Last One Laughing. Becky's writing credits include co-writing for The Other Guy and Please Like Me. In 2021, she joined Hughesy, We Have a Problem, and hosted the prestigious Oxfam Gala for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In 2022, she toured Australia with her new show, So Funny!, to sold-out audiences and was a regular panellist on The Hundred with Andy Lee.
